My Coaching Offers for You
I accompany you through your depths, shadows and blockages and support you
on the way into your potential, into your strength, into your self-love.
Sessions usually last between 90 and 120 minutes, depending on what's coming up. The first 3-4 sessions normally will be held once a week, after which the intervals increase in order to give you space and time to integrate what has been processed into your being and your life.
On request, I support you regularly via zoom, telephone and email with alignment / strategy calls, homework and exercises for your everyday life.
Also, if necessary, I am at your side via Messenger, Telegram or similar for lightning inputs between the sessions.

Body wisdom
Your body is a mediator to your deeper layers and invites you to use it for your deeper understanding of your truth. We will decode the messages of your body and let you know and feel your way to your truth again.
Frequency work
Your outside world is a constant mirror for the frequencies that you produce within yourself.
By tidying up your inner world and giving you clarity, you automatically increase the vibration that you emit. Rejoice, as you will be seeing completely new mirrors!
Heart Field
The heart is the most powerful organ in our body, and its electromagnetic field is hundreds of times larger than that of our brain. I support you to strengthen your heart intelligence and to create coherence between heart and mind. Trust your heart again!
Soul Retrieval
In the course of our journey as a human being, our soul cannot withstand the sometimes overwhelming intensity of our experiences one hundred percent and sometimes has to leave parts behind in order to protect itself.

Matrix Reimprinting
Based on the EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques aka "Tapping"), my absolute favorite method combines elements from quantum physics, hypnosis, NLP, heart math and shamanic work and is a deep journey to yourself. Don't worry if that sounds strange at first, I will explain more to you in our first conversation.
